The installation process

This would be to ensure we are installing a standards-compliant system which is an essential requirement as we are an NSI Gold-certified company. If there are issues and you want to go ahead with an installation without making changes you will need to sign to say you are happy to have a non-compliant system.
In the unlikely event the property is more challenging than it appeared, and this system is not suitable, we will refund the deposit and provide details of other cloud-based intruder alarms solutions that can be installed by us after a site survey.

What happens if the engineer recommends additional equipment during the site survey?
The package and price you receive are based on the information you provide during the online quotation process. Before installation, one of our engineers will carry out a site survey to ensure the system is suitable for your property and meets the relevant standards.
If the engineer recommends additional equipment, such as extra PIR detectors, you are under no obligation to accept the recommendation. However, choosing not to follow the recommendation may result in your intruder alarm system not meeting the required compliance standards. In this case, you’ll be asked to sign a disclaimer confirming that you’ve chosen to proceed against the engineer’s recommendation.
After paying the deposit, when is the remaining balance due?
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your installation date. The remaining balance is due on the day of installation and can be paid either online or over the phone by card. Alternatively you can pay BACS bank transfer.
Is there a subscription for the mobile app or the AI Video Doorbell?
Yes. Both the mobile app and the AI Video Doorbell require a subscription service; however, all associated subscription costs are included within your monthly payment for simplicity and convenience.
