Our newest recruit Business Administrator Natasha Hayes, who joined us in September, is already a vital member of the Ecl-ips customer service and back-office support team.

Following her training from experienced Business Support Co-ordinator, Angela Price, and other colleagues, Natasha is continuing our high standard of customer service and ensuring our office support is functioning effectively.

She joined Ecl-ips in time to help celebrate the 20th anniversary of the company when we marked the occasion with a cookery and dine event with Harborne Food School, part of the Hengata restaurant. Natasha joined Managing Director Aaron Kernaghan, Project Engineer Lee Walker and Business Development Manager, Peter Coughlin, on the team creating the starter of King Scallops served with corn cream, tomato and red onion masala, seaweed. Like all the meal, this was absolutely delicious.

As well as doing the meal preparation Natasha took lots of photographs of the Ecl-ips team, the food and restaurant and admitted afterwards photography is a hobby of hers. Natasha is also well-travelled having been to Canada and parts of the USA travelling around by bus, boat and plane for six months. She went as far north as Skagway in Alaska and Whitehorse the capital of the Yukon, part of the Northern Territories in Canada. During her travels she enjoyed white water rafting, bungee jumping and sky diving.

Separately she went to Sri Lanka to do voluntary animal conservation work and studied environmental management in New Zealand. Here she was lucky enough to see some incredible scenery and the scarring left in the landscapes by earthquakes over the course of time.

Previously she has had experience of working in a bar in Hampshire, where she grew up, and then she worked for many years for Moorepay, a well-established payroll bureau. She started in the control department and progressed across to the data and operations centre. This allowed Natasha to improve her computer skills and learn, a small but useful amount of knowledge, about DOS and binary coding.

Natasha went on to work for a sales organisation as Specialist Support Administrator for the national new business sales team

Ecl-ips takes pride in providing good support to our customers and continued help, where required, to ensure systems are maintained. Natasha’s skills and experience mean we can continue to offer a high level of customer service.

We are thrilled to have Natasha as part of out team but we are looking for some other recruits. If you are an experienced field engineer with expertise in security systems like CCTV, intruder alarms and access control we would love to hear from you. We would also be interested in applications from business development professionals with security system experience.
