Registered installers, like Ecl-ips, receive initial free technical training and then can access courses whenever required for new employees and to learn about upgraded or new products. Additionally, installers can receive free sales training.
They are also then able to access up-to-date product information, offer a five-year guarantee on all products and can also take advantage of Paxton’s technical support which is available six days a week. Installers gain rewards for sales and for attending training incentivising them to be able to offer a good level of support for customers. The access control systems from Paxton:
Net 2 Access Control: Net2 is a PC-based networked access control system which can be used for multiple sites if required. This was developed to be straightforward and intuitive, Net2 software is easy to use as it has been designed to feel familiar to any Windows user. It can organise and report on up to 50,000 users and 1,000 doors and can be monitored and managed from a central location.
You can have Net2 Lite: Ideal for most sites and free of charge or Net2 Pro: which includes extra features and offers more flexibility. With Net2 Pro you also have access to the online version and its Connect app allowing for remote monitoring.
Paxton10: This software puts access control and video management on a single user-friendly, online platform. Paxton10’s modular, one door controller architecture provides a cost-effective solution that supports camera and door management from a single controller. One server can support up to 1000 doors across multiple sites. The software supports remote access from anywhere, at any time, from any device. Using Paxton10 Cloud Services your system can span buildings, cities, countries and continents with no complicated setup or physical network required.
Standalone access control: For smaller sites standalone access control is the simplest way to secure and control access through doors around a building. This is usually one or two small units wired directly onto a door panel to control access to the door.
