We have always believed in making managing security and monitoring systems simpler to use and we are always looking at ways to do this better. However, as a provider of bespoke solutions Ecl-ips has often found it challenging to provide the integration we wanted to for our clients.
This led us to work with Pinnacle which has developed a hybrid software solution that integrates on-site technology and offers a user-friendly interface both on-site and, in the cloud, enabling control and insight for users. Pinnacle’s platform simplifies the integration process, allowing installers like ourselves, and the end users, the chance to benefit from the range of smart security products available.
Ric Martin, the chief executive of Pinnacle, came up with the concept after his own experience within the security industry. He found that available solutions were being adversely hindered by either price, features, or integrations, making it difficult to bring projects in on budget and in line with client needs.
We have experienced similar frustrations when trying to offer our customers solutions for managing their security systems. We have selected our partners such as Avigilon, part of Motorola Solutions, and Paxton Access based on the quality of their products and software as well as their ability to integrate with other systems. However, to do that in practice has often still proved challenging.
