A decade on and our customer, accountancy firm Pinfields, continues to be extremely pleased with the CCTV and access control systems we installed, thanks to the continued support and upgrades Ecl-ips has provided.
Nick Pinfield, Managing Partner at Pinfields, has recorded a video testimonial for Ecl-ips in which he explains how having moved into purpose-built offices on Bromsgrove High street in 2009 the firm wanted a system that would provide security for staff working in a town centre location.
Nick said that the access control system provided a fire register of staff in case of emergency and a way to monitor staff, for example looking at when they are taking breaks, as well as clients coming in and out of the building.
Meanwhile, the CCTV cameras in the reception area and outside, provided security to the firm and peace of mind for staff who could be working late at night. He said the system was constantly running in the background and there had been various occasions when the footage had been checked to verify facts over the years.
Nick said when he was discussing his needs with Aaron Kernaghan, Managing Director of Ecl-ips, he felt Aaron was “more like a partner than a salesman” and he has subsequently recommended Ecl-ips to a number of his clients.
He said when the system was installed it was regarded as advanced and he praised Ecl-ips for looking to provide the latest in security technology saying the firm was “always ahead of the game”. He added that he explained to people that you would get the security system you pay for and if you went for a better-quality system it would last longer.
