Description
The HALO Smart Sensor, built by IPVideo Corporation, can be used for:
- Vape detection
- Detection of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), which is found in cannabis products
- Air Quality Monitoring
- Aggression detection
The smart sensor adds a layer of security in places that are not covered by video security. This enables security operators and administrators to monitor areas where cameras are not allowed, such as bathrooms and private hotel rooms, helping to create a safer and cleaner environment.
You can connect the sensors to HALO Cloud, which provides an online dashboard to manage multiple devices and see alerts and historical data, that allows you to document your building’s health status and trouble areas. If you have Avigilon CCTV cameras this can also provide an additional level of protections and the HALO smart sensor can be integrated with the Avigilon Control Center (ACC) video management software. Users will receive an alarm in the ACC 7 focus of attention interface once the smart sensor senses a threat. At that point, Radio Alert will be able to notify security personnel or administrators through a text message, a voice-to-text alert, or both, when an alarm is triggered, enabling them to quickly respond and apprehend the situation.
Additionally, ACC users can receive alerts via the ACC Mobile 3 App.
Benefits for you:
- Analytics & Integration: Integrates into a broader security infrastructure and provides data analytics to monitor violation alarm rates.
- Cost-savings: Prevents damage and associated cleaning costs that are caused by smoke particles and poor air quality.
